Here is the schedule for the 4 days of the National Boards' Meeting in Besancon, 2010!

Thursday, the 28th of January

08:00 - 18:00 - Your Arrival: please visit the 'Get to Besancon' section to learn the fastest way to get to Besancon;

18:00 - 19:00 - Check in @ your hotel: Please visit the 'Accommodation' section to learn about your accommodation facility;

19:00 - 20:30 - Welcome reception at the Applied Linguistics Center of Besancon;;

20:30 - 22:00 - Welcome meal with regional dishes of Franche-Comte;

22:00 - 01:00 - Welcome night @ the Bar de l'Université !

01:00 - 03:00 - The party continues @ Cousty Bar.

03:00 - The ride home

Friday, the 29th of January

08:30 - 09:30 - Breakfast: included with your reservation;

10:00 - 12:30 - Plenary Session - please check the 'Agenda' section to find out what will be discussed; 15 minutes' Coffee break @ 11:30

12:30 - 14:30 - Lunch at university restaurant

14:00 - 18:00 - Plenary Session:  15 minutes' Coffee break @ 16:00

19:00 - 20:00 - Dinner @ Campus, R.U. Bouloie

21:30 - 0:00 - Bowling or Karting: let us know your choice upon your arrival.

0:00 - Return to the hotel for some, the beginning of the party for others in city center.

Saturday, the 30th of January

08:30 - 09:30 - Breakfast: included with your reservation;

10:00 - 12:30 - Plenary Session - please check the 'Agenda' section to find out what will be discussed; 15 minutes' Coffee break @ 11:30

12:30 - 13:30 - Lunch at university restaurant

13:30 - 14:30 - Free time, get to the forum of international mobility to motivate French students to get international.

14:30 - 18:00 - Plenary Session:  15 minutes' Coffee break @ 16:00

18:00 - 21:00 - Free time: you can wander around the city or you can give a hand at preparing the Eurodinner;

21:00 - Eurodinner: get your tastebuds ready for a splash of flavours from most European countries!

Sunday, the 31st of January

08:30 - 09:30 - Breakfast: included with your reservation;

10:00 - 12:30 - Plenary Session - please check the 'Agenda' section to find out what will be discussed; 15 minutes' Coffee break @ 11:30

12:30 - 13:30 - Pizza lunch!

13:30 - 16:00 - The Last Plenary Session

16:00 - 19:00 - Free time: farewell for those who are returning home;

19:00 - Farewell dinner - Thai dinner
