When in Paris Charles de Gaulle, you can take the train directly from the airport, terminal CDG 2 – there are free shuttles that will transport you between terminals. There is only one train/day going directly from Charles de Gaulle 2 to Besancon, leaving at 19:41 PM from terminal 2 and gets to Besancon at 22:43.
