Setting up a National Board

We have this time many participants from countries just establishing a NB or with a relatively new one. Based on the experience of the working NB we will draft a sample model of a NB! We will also design a step-by-step plan from where to start and on what to focus on.

Communication within National Board

Sharing best practices and talking from real life to learn during this WS about:

- How to secure an efficient information flow?
- Communication between the NR and NB - where can problems occur?
- Which communication tools to use?
- Which information through which tool?
- Pros and cons of different tools?

Section Cooperation enhanced by Section Meetings

Section Meetings are getting more and more popular on the International level of ESN. Lets find out what it is exactly, for what it is good and how to do it.This will be an in-detail guidance how to organise one!

Knowledge management

The aim of this workshop is to show the different possibilities of knowledge management on the national level and sharing know-how between sections. Different approaches and tools!

Fundraising

Step-by-step examples starting from how to find partners to foster the business relation:

- Which companies to approach?
- How to approach companies?
- How to convince them about the benefits of ESN?
- Which claims and offers are reasonable?
- Finalizing the contract and monitoring the development
- How to keep good relations to partners?

Twin city links

Twin city links are bilateral agreement between cities all over Europe and further. For ESN sections this is an easy way to get access to financial ressources to organise meetings with sections from other countries. We will provide you more information about this system, show how does it exactly work, how to approach the municipalities, how to apply for it and how to organise a meeting by using this financial ressource.

Satellite for NBs and national web hosting

Some NB's are already using Satellite, or another system as their National Website. If you are interested, which functions do you need? What should be adapted etc?  Some ESN Countries host the websites from a central hosting, a very good example of this is Poland. Is it an idea to share the knowledge abou this topic, best experiences, costs, setup etc?
